12	Yes, the ability to carry out tasks like brushing their teeth and getting dressed prevents then from having occupational therapy. An overhall of the current referal system and it's total unfairness requires addressing.

14	What the diagnoais is. What other conditions they have.  Autism is rarely alone. The costs incurred by parents having to seek private diagnosis.
